About these terms
By using askalice.ie and submitting any form on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
The service
Ask Alice provides an AI readiness quiz, educational content, and a business assessment service for Irish SMEs. The free quiz produces an indicative AI Opportunity Score based on your answers. The full assessment is a paid service delivered by phone (AI-assisted) or Zoom call (human expert).
Not professional advice
The quiz results, action plans, prompt libraries, and any content provided by Ask Alice are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, technical, or regulatory advice. You should take independent professional advice before making material changes to your business operations or AI strategy.
In particular, the EU AI Act compliance guidance we provide is general in nature. Your specific compliance obligations will depend on the nature of your business and the AI systems you use. We recommend consulting a qualified legal adviser for compliance matters.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that information on this site is complete, current, or free from error. Grant schemes, funding amounts, and regulatory deadlines can change — always verify with the relevant body (Enterprise Ireland, your Local Enterprise Office, or the EU Commission) before relying on this information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Alice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on this site or the services provided. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, quiz questions, prompt libraries, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ask Alice. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish any of this content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
